Remodeling leads are expensive and easy to lose
Remodeling leads often cost real money, and the homeowner behind each one is usually talking to several contractors. The project is big and personal, so they lean toward whoever responds fast and sounds organized. When your team is on job sites all day, callbacks slip to the evening or the next morning, and by then the homeowner has already booked a consultation with someone else.
Qualifying, done the way you'd do it
Not every lead is worth a two-hour in-home visit. You tell the receptionist what makes a good fit, and it asks before it books, for example:
- What project are you planning (kitchen, bathroom, windows, a whole floor)?
- When are you hoping to start?
- Do you have a rough budget in mind?
- Do you own the home, and is it in our service area?
Good fits get booked right away. If someone is outside your area or far from ready, it says so kindly and takes a message instead of filling your calendar with visits that won't close.
How it handles your leads
- Calls every new lead within seconds of the form being submitted, from a local number that's yours.
- Tries three times if they don't pick up (a few minutes later, then a few hours later), and leaves a short voicemail on the last try.
- Only calls during your calling hours (8am to 9pm in your time zone by default). Leads that come in overnight get called first thing in the morning.
- Answers your number 24/7 when people call back, and can transfer to you or take a message.
- Filters junk for free: fake numbers, gibberish names, throwaway emails, and duplicates aren't called and don't count.
Answers questions with your real details
Paste your website during setup and our AI pulls out your services, materials, warranties, financing options, and FAQs. The receptionist uses only those facts, so it never invents a price or a timeline. When a homeowner asks something only you can answer, it books the consultation or takes a message for you.
Lead sources it works with
Facebook and Instagram lead ads, Google Ads lead forms, your website's estimate form, and any CRM that can send a webhook or an email. Leads from Angi, HomeAdvisor, Houzz, and similar services are texted to you first, and called when you approve.
What it costs
$1,500 to set up and $1,500 a month, with 1,000 new leads a month included. Junk and duplicate leads don't count toward that, and each lead counts once no matter how many times we call it. If you need more, add 500 leads for a month ($750) or for every month (+$500/month). Cancel anytime from your billing page; it runs to the end of the month you paid for.
Setup takes one sitting: paste your website and our AI fills in your services, prices, service area, and FAQs for you. Then you connect your lead forms with a 5-minute guide, send a test lead, and we confirm it arrived before you pay.
Questions
Can it ask about budget without being pushy?
Yes. You choose whether it asks about budget at all and how. Most remodelers have it ask for a rough range so the consultant shows up prepared.
What if both homeowners need to be at the consultation?
Tell it in your booking rules and it will ask whether everyone who's deciding can make the time it offers.
Can I block out days I'm on job sites?
Yes. You set which days and hours consultations can be booked, how long each one is, and how much notice you need. Share your calendar link and it also skips times you're already busy.
Do leads know it's an AI?
If asked, it says it's your company's virtual assistant. It never claims to be a person.
